W.O.N.D.E.R🌹- ⭐️ 26.07.26 ✨
.
At around 2am on the morning I put the last dot to my manuscript. I had this rush of wild emotions. I had also changed the title of the book many times, but none of them resonated.
.
Then I had this Eureka moment🤭. God reminded me about my last year in University, when the visiting preacher in the RCCG church I attended, laid his hands on all of us, prophesying. When it got to my turn, he said: You will be a WONDER. Booooom my eyes popped- I had found the name of my book. The only difference here is that - This title belongs to God. The one who has sustained me, kept me, known me and loved me passionately. Wonder is not just a book. It is an experience🥹
.
When @cfjwrites sent me ISBN earlier today, I was so overjoyed that I didn’t how to contain myself. Like published for the second time😫😭🥹
.
It is with great joy dear family and friends, that I officially begin counting down to the launch of my second book WONDER, as I turn 40 this July.
.
I’m excited for you to read these pages. More importantly excited for it to transform you. Indeed some seasons ask questions and some others answer.

There is a portion of scripture in Gen 25:21 where Isaac prays for his wife because she was unable to have children. Scripture then goes on to say that God answered his prayers by allowing her to conceive twins - oh oh oh oh
.
That scripture took me down memory lane. There was one of such days where I saw this scripture back then, I walked up to hubby “See Isaac prayed for his wife, maybe pray for me..”. If I remember correctly, he obliged. But then years passed and still nothing. Many instances like this, you attempt the “formular’ and still nothing. You attend that prayer meeting. You confess scripture many times. They say if you do this, this will happen. You try it, but your own is different. Your own situation does not change. Sometimes you can even begin to internalize it. You question God’s love for you. Not so my beloved!
.
Here to remind you this Sunday. There is a God whose thoughts are much higher than ours. Whose ways much better than ours. Though His timing, may not necessary be ours. He Listens. He hears. He never tires of doing Wonders. Your path may not be the same as others but He loves you more than you can fathom. May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. God will answer. He is not a liar 🤥

W.O.N.D.E.R ⚜️ U.N.V.E.I.L.E.D - London Edition 🇬🇧💃🏽
.
We had already made plans to be in the UK end of this month for my Father Inlaw’s 70th. I wasn’t even thinking about it, but my sister @surefiree planted a seed in my heart - “why don’t you do a meet and greet for Wonder?”. That Girl’s brain works like magic. All the alarm bells got ringing”😲. And this sums up my whole life and relationship with God. Every step ordered. Never fully knowing the plan but somehow he is already ahead on next step. It’s always me playing catch up. I had Lagos in mind, but the most obvious one London, wasn’t even there. Sigh
.
A lot of my story telling in Wonder has sprinkles of my London living in there. I lived there for 16 years before we migrated to Canada. Although there was a lot of “gbas gbos” along the way, the city of London has my heart forever.
.
So imagine my excitement when I reached out to some of my peoples and in no time their “yes yes yes” is making it happen this month🙆🏾. The excitement in every text exchange gladdens my heart deeply. Wonder will be unveiled at an intimate event in London shortly. I don’t need a band wagon, my desire is simple, that this book gets into every hand that needs it.
.
I’m in awe this morning😭. I called out to a City and the forces in that city answered. My heart is grateful for the reviews so far - I kicked fear in the face and had the audacity to write my heart out. I am not there yet, but I’m grateful for how far I’ve come. To the one who never tires of being wonderful. Thank you. We pin here. To whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life ⚜️
