Today, as President of the Glendale Community College Board of Trustees, I had the pleasure of welcoming Congresswoman Laura Friedman to GCC and showing her our new Virtual Reality Center.

Thank you, Congresswoman Friedman, for taking the time to visit, and thank you to Dr. Cornner for coordinating. Proud of the innovation happening at GCC! by @sevanbenlian

The fun stuff we get to do as Trustees… like announce a $1M innovation fund to spark innovation and possibilities. It was so energizing to spend the day with the faculty and staff who make it all happen. by @sevanbenlian

Today, I officially completed the Leadership Glendale Program! 🎓

A big thank you to the Leadership Glendale team and the Glendale Chamber of Commerce for creating such a meaningful and transformational experience. A very special shoutout to Taguhi Sogomonyan for all the hard work, dedication, and passion she put into making this program so impactful.

I’m also incredibly grateful to our elected leaders for the special recognition certificates—it was truly an honor to receive them.

And a special thank you to Mayor Kassakhian and Councilmember Bartrosouf for joining us and celebrating this milestone at the ceremony.

Proud to be part of Glendale and even more inspired to continue serving and contributing to this incredible community! ❤️🏙️ by @sevanbenlian
