Kanser Savaşçıları Derneği’nin düzenlediği “Kendine İyi Bak” Atölyesi kapsamında, kanserle mücadele eden kadınlarla bir araya gelerek farkındalık, paylaşım ve dayanışma dolu bir gün geçirdik 💗🎀

Throughout the workshop, the psychologist shared valuable insights on emotional well-being, the dietitian provided guidance on healthy nutrition, and the physiotherapist highlighted the importance of physical activity, mobility, and maintaining physical function during and after cancer treatment. Breathing therapy sessions also offered valuable techniques for relaxation and well-being

The day continued with hair styling and makeup sessions by the @sabitakkaya team and makeup artists, creating moments of joy, confidence, and self-care.

My sincere thanks to Kanser Savaşçıları Derneği and everyone who contributed to this meaningful event.

A little care, a little kindness, and a lot of solidarity can make a difference 💗
