We’re proud to announce that Brotherton Cadillac is the premier Travel Partner for Seven Seals Racing Team, the first Women’s Gravity Sports team in the U.S. As they gear up for the 2024 World Skate Games in Italy, we’re excited to support athletes like Alicia Fillback, the top-ranked USA downhill skateboarder, and Marcie Morgan, ranked third, on their journey to the world stage! With the World Skate Games bringing together over 12,000 participants from 100 countries, we’re thrilled to help get the team there for this amazing event. Let’s go, Seven Seals Racing! #BrothertonCadillac #SevenSealsRacing #worldskategames2024 #GravitySports #TeamUSA by @sevensealsracing
Headed to the @worldskateofficial in just a few weeks. Getting the team suited up with @xaviaracing. Huge thanks to our travel partner: @brotherton_cadillac for making sure we get to The Games with ease. Our local boardshop @motionboardshop has supported the team from its inception, by ensuring that we always have the top of the line gear for optimum performance. See you in Italy!! 🇺🇸 by @sevensealsracing
More from the team’s segment on @king5seattle Alicia Fillback has been skating since she was 19 and has been a part of the Portland Oregon longboarding community for well over a decade. Best known for her free riding style and steeze, she is no stranger to racing. Alicia’s passion for downhill racing was made obvious when she joined our team and took the USA by storm, in 2022. Her hard work and dedication has earned her the number 1 spot on the USA Women’s Downhill Team. Last summer the team was invited to @king5seattle to showcase Downhill Skateboarding. Since our inception, the goal has been to inspire more people to race. We have been supporting the gravity sports community (over the last several years) hosting events (where everyone is welcome), teaching others to skate, sponsoring women, donating to other rider funds, racing, riding, volunteering , and showing up to events with a smile. Without our sponsors we would not have had the opportunity to compete at levels which allowed the entire team to rank high enough to represent the USA Women’s Downhill Team. Our hard work, dedication and sponsorship support made it possible for Seven Seals Racing Team athletes to compete at the 2022 @worldskateofficial games in Argentina, and we are proud to represent our country for a second time, this September, at the World Skate Games held in Italy! Thank you to all of the Seattle/Tacoma riders who came out to spot corners and demonstrate what safety looks like in downhill skateboarding, during the filming of this episode. by @sevensealsracing
It has come to our attention that there are several people who are severely upset with the decision of our team rider, Alicia Fillback, to use sex-specific language in a statement supporting her friend and peer. Antagonizing public statements have been made that have incited a wave of harassment, fallacious libel, and threats of violence against Alicia. We condemn these attempts of defamation and support our team riders’ freedom of speech in describing their experiences and material reality. by @sevensealsracing

Hi. 👋🏻 My name is Shania and I'm the newest member of @sevensealsracing. I started luging in 2018 after my husband surprised me with a classic luge. I transitioned to a @rogersbrosdh luge not long after and I've never looked back. I reside in the PNW and you'll catch me with the boys from @rosecitydownhill most of the time. I jumped into some big roads pretty quickly and end up sending it with stand up riders most of the time so I love being able to ride with fellow lugers whenever the chance presents itself. You'll always know it's me because I'm one of the only people you'll see only running two trucks. I love the way it feels and I only ride @ronintrucks so you can't go wrong. 👊🏻 Catch me at @sizzledizzlefreeride and racing for points for Team USA at Maryhill. 🇺🇸 Thank you to @_joshsullivan_ for always getting the angles. 📹 #downhill #streetluge #luge #lugeladies #gravitysports #rogersbros #rogersbrosdh #ronintrucks #riptidebushings #zealousbearings #seismicwheels #predatorhelmets #womenwhoshred #sendit #vans #rcdh #sevensealsracing #californiadreaming #skatepnw by @sevensealsracing
Our Travel Partner, @brotherton_cad_nw provided a 2023 Cadillac Escalade to the team yesterday, to help get us to Mt. Vernon, Washington for interviews and filming with @king5seattle Evening Show. The segment will air just before @maryhillratz Tour De Maryhill, in an effort to promote our sport and the National Championship. The ladies of Seven Seals Racing Team spoke about the importance of inspiring more young girls and women to get into Gravity Sports, safety and their personal journeys as athletes. Seattle's @motionboardshop rallied support from the local downhill crew, to be sure that we had plenty of spotters and safety protocols for filming. A huge Thank You to @brad.brotherton.1232 @nate_snackburn @akalason And all of the crew that showed up in support of this effort! #cadillacescalade #beiconic #womeninextremesports #femaleathletes #downhilllongboarding #streetluge #investinwomenssports #elevatewomen #seattlesports #teamusa #usadownhill by @sevensealsracing
