🚨 REBRAND ALERT! 🚨

After some time away working on the road we decided to take back over the page and do a full rebrand to @seventhstate.collective with the sole purpose of supporting artist Australia wide with upcoming music releases and original gig promotions/tours.

It’s apparent to us at SeventhState that there is a massive hole in the scene and country when it comes to directly supporting musicians and bands that aren’t in the spotlight or don’t fit the mainstream criteria so if anything we’d like to help strengthen the community without taking from it, So one step to prevent that is we won’t be looking for fees for promotion of any sort as we build and will instead be running ads on the page out of our own pockets for fun.

For anyone who’d like to promote their content feel free to dm us or invite us to be collaborators on your posts and we will go from there.

At the end of the day the more people onboard as a community Australia wide the more all of us as musicians benefit so this is purely a page by musicians for the musicians 🤘🏼

Hey everyone, we thought now's as good a time as any to drop some news.

We have a new song coming out! Said and Done will be out on the 2nd of October. This is one of our favourite songs that we've written, and we can't wait for you all to hear it! There's a link to pre-save in our bio.

To celebrate, we're hitting the road again. We'll be heading up and down the coast over the next few weeks, playing in some of our favourite towns and some that we've never been before.

First up is Coolangatta, and then we're on to Woodford. Just quietly, we can't wait!

Much love

Your Someone - out now! (Link in bio)

Artwork: @adamclancy_
I met Adam on my first night living at Tangalooma. I was nervous walking into the dining hall so decided I’d take the first available seat. I sat with Adam. We’ve maintained a friendship since

Recording & Production: @kelseyberrington
I met Kelsey back when I was playing at markets in 2023. This is the first song we’ve worked on together. What I love is how much of me is in it. When I said we need bass, he handed me the bass. When I said I wanted banjo, he handed me the banjo (despite me never having played one)

Lyrics: me
The opening lyric of the chorus “I hope you live forever” was taken from a story a friend shared we me and we shed tears over. I haven’t told him this (Gunnie, if you’re reading, I hope you don’t mind)

Please listen, save & share this song. Making any sort of wave in a sea of 100,000 songs released daily seems impossible but it does happen for people.
Thank you to all who support my music 🫶 by @seventhstate.collective
