It was a glorious sunny day!

It was a dream having a few Catalan abuelas hovering over us and teaching us the amazing craft of bobbin lace.

Once we got home, we still had some creative energy for candle carving followed by a lil dance party and face masks after a kamayan dinner (eating a festive meal with our hands) by @sevillasmith

Craft The Leather 2025 Award:

This week I received the award for my Craft The Leather 2025 winning collection (titled Flat Tracker). Thank you @dianebecker & @consorzioverapelle for the award and the opportunity to take part in this wonderful program.

The award included a beautiful leather trophy crafted by Faye Sevilla Smith (@sevillasmith), and a certificate produced by master engraver and printer Alessandro (@incisori_fiorentini). It is a privilege to receive these artefacts created by incredibly talented artisans, which will serve as a great reminder of the Craft The Leather experience 🇮🇹 by @sevillasmith
