Confession time… 🙋‍♀️I used to sew with the same needle for WAY too long, and I couldn’t work out why my stitches didn’t always look their best.Changing your needle regularly can make such a difference:💫Cleaner stitches💫Fewer skipped stitches💫Less fabric damage💫A much smoother sewing experienceI’m definitely guilty of forgetting to change mine, but now it’s one of the first things I do when starting a new project.A good rule of thumb is to change your needle every 6–8 hours of sewing, or sooner if you notice skipped stitches, snagging or you’re switching to a different fabric.Save this tip for your next sewing project! 🫶🏼Honestly how often do you change your sewing machine needle? #sew #beginnersewing #learntosew #sewingtip by @sewwithjacinta
