🚗💥 Had a car accident? Most drivers discover the real crash happens afterwards.
That’s where I come in.

I’m Marcus Oluwaseyi Odubonojo, Founder & CEO of @motionshield_ — the digital platform making claims fast, stress-free, and actually helpful.

With Motion Shield you can:
✅ Report a claim in minutes
✅ Get roadside rescue
✅ Arrange a replacement car
✅ Track and renew all car related services
— all from your phone

I built this to give drivers the support we all thought we were paying insurers for… but rarely get when it matters most.

And yes, we even help you save on your car insurance 😉 by @seyimarcus29

To think an idea I had back in 2015 could take me on a journey like this is insane, the power of execution is real.

This was a night of inspiration, black excellence and it packed with that & more. I am beyond grateful to be celebrated, and will continue to build on from here, I have even more determination than ever.

Here’s to the future me, building a legacy that inspires and continues to break boundaries🥂

I’m just trying to see what will happen if I don’t quit….I’ve sacrificed so much for @motionshield_ I get rejected, misunderstood many of times but somehow I just keep going! Shout out to @btaawards for recognising my efforts, my belief & my courage in choosing to be different, it doesn’t matter if I don’t win the award I’ve already won! 🏆 #btaawards by @seyimarcus29

Have I lost my mind? 🥴

A good friend of mine has been consistently telling me to go and pitch my business to @simonsquibb and for the longest time I’ve been reluctant, perhaps it’s because I don’t believe it will get seen, or the thought of going public asking for help could kill my business or the perception of what I think I’ve curated over the last few years but I said screw it….lets go!!

I did it, I pitched my business idea to @simonsquibb & @richardbranson at the @virginstartup door bell and I feel absolutely chuffed with myself, regardless of the outcome I can look back and say I did it…

But what is my dream 💭 since the legal driving age of 17 I’ve been paying car insurance premiums at extortionate rates and the thing I love the most (which is driving) sometimes feels unpleasant, to think with now over 17 years of driving experience, and no claims made of fault still doesnt reflect on what I pay, neither my driving competence a consideration which still bemuses me.
So I want to help simplify and do things better, faster and cheaper by leveraging technology like AI & Blockchain for good.
Good drivers should obtain fair, accurate but transparent prices on Insurance based on driving merit, that is my dream!

Simpler Claims | Smarter Insurance

Perhaps I’m crazy, there’s a lot of capital & legal requirements involved but who’s to say it’s impossible, especially if I’ve got these great legends supporting me. I will help millions of drivers like myself achieve this, but as most ask themselves “What if I fail”? it doesn’t matter and I will never give up trying to help people…that is my divine purpose. Somehow we will make it happen!

NEVER GIVE UP! 😇

If you’ve got an idea, a dream please go down to Virgin and pitch it, you’ll feel good but also you’re taking courageous steps to living a life of no regrets.

Had the pleasure of being invited to give my thoughts on Mentorship to founders at @googlecloud I know personally how tough & lonely the journey can be, and so getting help from those who’ve embarked the journey is critical to the success of your startup.

What a moment 🤩 I spent the last 10 weeks preparing for this, an incredible opportunity to pitch at @sky_uk HQ for the @blackequityorg F100 Growth Programme. 🚀🚀 I’m honoured, inspired and proud to be part of this and I’m sure @motionshield_ will do great things!!
