My friend devon @scoulelis of @poweredbysous came to London to try our Falafel Sarnie - The Cosmo

He loved it
He ordered another one to take back to Amsterdam
I asked him to film it to see how the sarnie holds up across borders

@deliveroo watch this, we should be good to go to deliver to amsterdam soon.

A friend ordered Sarnie
Instead of your box standard feedback. He took to detailing what he loves
I turned it into a video because thats as good a review as any

Friends take the time to tell friends how they feel in detail
Get yourself a friend like tom

We sell our F*ck it chicken sarnie for almost £13

But how much of that £13 actually lands in our pocket?

I often see people online commenting about the price of food at restaurants.
Almost everyone agrees prices are very high.
But
Almost no one outside the industry knows how much of these prices actually land in any given restaurant’s pockets.

So here is a brief breakdown of a single Chicken Sarnie at Sarnie Social costing £13 and all the costs associated with it.

There are always ways for restaurants to improve their costs, but that always comes at a trade-off.
Often the trade-off is quality or standard of ingredients, quantity or staffing

Every restaurant knows what to focus on and how to optimize their pricing so that it is approachable for customers, but at the same time profitable for them as a business, which is extremely tricky in today’s environment

I am incredibly grateful that we are able to sarnies for a price that allows us to hire people, pay them and make some money at the end.
and I’m incredibly grateful for our customers who enjoy these sarnies and so this is by no means a rant
This video is to clarify and showcase what happens behind the scenes that a lot of people have no idea about
