Between glacier lakes, winding rivers, hot springs, cabins & endless mountain views…
The peace & quiet out there is something else.

Traveling solo and finding my own way has been one of the most rewarding experiences. I’ve lost and found myself more than ever before. Somewhere between these mountains, lakes & backroads I discovered parts of myself I didn’t know were waiting to be found.

Along the way, I was lucky enough to witness so much wildlife. From grizzlies to black bears, wolf packs, foxes, elk, moose you name it. There was something incredibly heartwarming about watching them simply live as they were meant to, free & connected to the world around them. It made me wish more people could do the same.

I’ll never stop being an adventure seeker. 🙏🏼🏔️🤍

Randomly driving past and decided to go on the Slingshot solo tonight. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. More Than a Feeling came on as I was getting on…

‘I closed my eyes and I slipped awayyyy… and I began dreaming’

My weight limit passed by exactly 1.5 lbs, so I could ride solo… and the ride felt pretty damn liberating.
Literally closing my eyes, slipping away and entering my own dream for a few seconds while launching into the air and loving every minute of it 🙌🏼

Another day, another adventure… and this one feels like the beginning of everything I’ve been working toward.

Somewhere between the mountains, the lakes and the sunsets, I found pieces of myself I thought I’d lost.

Health. Peace. Growth. Gratitude.

Less surviving. More living.
More lakes. More wildlife. More sunsets. More laughter. More adventures that make my soul feel at home.

Happy 70th Birthday, Dad!

Today we are celebrating not only an incredible milestone, but also an incredible man. I am so grateful for your love, support, and guidance throughout all 40 years of my life. You have always been there for me, through every season, every challenge, and every success, and I can never fully express how much that means to me.

Now that you’re 70, I feel closer to you than ever before. Our relationship has grown in such a special way and I am so proud to call you my dad. You have always been my protector, my supporter and someone I could count on no matter what.

I love you more than words can say and I cherish every moment we spend together. I’m looking forward to many more meals, music events, laughs and memories with you in the years ahead.

Thank you for being such an amazing father. I am beyond grateful for you and so proud of the man you are.

It’s been a hot minute… but I’m back ⚔️
Viking-style strength, kettlebells, grit, and resilience. I’ve been down, I’ve been sick, but I’m rebuilding harder, stronger, and more intentional than ever.
