A view at Twin Peaks when the fog covers it entirely. I had posted it before but as one of many photos in a set. However, many of you really liked this shot and I don’t want it to be burried somewhere. So here it is. I was so lucky to be there right on time because within minutes the Sutro Tower was covered with fog. I am adding some videos in the end to show you how magical the moment was.

In 2023, during the Lowrider Parade, I took what I think is one of my best photos, or if not, definitely one I’ll remember forever. Not long after I published it, SFO Airport reached out to me about displaying it in their new terminal, where thousands of passengers see it every day as they walk by, looking for their gate.

Yesterday’s Lowrider’s Parade and “Kingof the STREETS” photos. @sanfranciscolowridercouncil

I came here before the parade and wandered around the lowriders waiting in line on the neighborhood streets to enter the parade. I wanted to capture not only the cars, but also San Francisco as a backdrop and those small, special moments.

If you look closely at each photo with people in it, you can see a small detail that explains why I took it.

My favorite photo is the third one because of the composition.

And those foggy nights in San Francisco. The summer ends and the fog over San Francisco changes. It is not as alive and full of power, but rather subtle, covering the city like a soft blanket. The nights are colder and quieter. It is a great time to go for a night walk and stare at the city before going to bed, dreaming of another day in San Francisco.
