Shout out to my girl @shanieglitter.
Shannon has been training with me for a little over 2 years. Today she crushed the trap bar! When we started, a body weight squat was a struggle. Look at her today!!!Pounds lost, mobility and strength gained!!! So proud of Shannon and her hard work. Proof that time and consistency pays off🙌🙌 Can’t wait to see what she can do next!!! by @sfennema2002

A little short on time and motivation today, but still got in a quick lift, followed by some core and mobility….with @man__youknowchuum making me laugh and keeping me motivated. @tpt_getbetter @the_run_616 by @sfennema2002
