Usually I’m too hungry to properly plate or take a photo. But here is some of the stuff I made this year.

1. Steak, duh. Those potatoes were a bitch to make btw.

2. Chicken Milanese on bed of arugula with lemon pepper dressing (literally just lemon juice, olive oil and pepper). This has become a staple recipe for me this year.

3. Roasted root salad. Seared chicken breast, absolutely blasted in shawarma seasoning. This salad is one of my absolute favorites. I wish I had a better picture.

4. A Simple avocado basil pasta. Plus dog.

5. (Healthier) Chicken Riggies. (Rigatoni Ala vodka with pickled cherry peppers - regional dish of upstate/cental NY)

6. Thai Basil beef with ginger coconut rice. New staple recipe.

7. Home grown green tea

8. (Tinder) date night charcuterie. Didn’t bring a sharp knife. Cutting the salami was a whole thing… by @sferguson360

Throwback to That time I hung out at @mtwilb2 ‘s backyard, getting wasted and smoking ribs hours before everyone else showed up. Would absolutely do again.

It was more 4 or 5 hours ahahah. But I indeed “lost track” by @sferguson360

Everyone, meet my nephew Owen. He’s pretty cool. 2 years old, speaks full sentences, and brews a mean cup of coffee. by @sferguson360
