Under Contract!! 2nd time is a charm sometimes!!! So very excited for our buyers - 1st contract fell through- major issues and major disappointment- we got right back to work and found a BETTER house!!! Moral of the story ~ work with a seasoned realtor! We know when to walk away and we work hard to find the perfect home(sometimes twice!!)
