The organizations shaping political and social life ten years from now are being built on campuses today. You could be building them.

Most students graduate having absorbed thousands of hours of ideas about how society should be organized. Almost none of those ideas challenged the assumption that the answer involves more state control. The outcome follows directly from who shapes the intellectual pipeline.

Hayek understood this before most people were willing to admit it. Change doesn't flow from elections. Political outcomes follow a deeper current, driven by those who shape what is considered thinkable in the first place: the writers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and organizers who do the slow work of building alternative frameworks before the political moment arrives.

SFL exists to develop those people. Not to win a news cycle. To build the bench.

If you're the kind of student who takes ideas seriously and wants to do something with them, comment SFL and we'll send you everything you need to know about the Local Coordinator Program. by @sfliberty

Most students spend four years collecting a degree, but they miss out on the one thing that actually opens doors: a global network and high-stakes leadership experience.

The Local Coordinator Program is designed to fill the gap that formal education often leaves behind. While most students are just attending college, our Local Coordinators are founding organizations, managing budgets, leading teams, and connecting with experts in over 100 countries.

Whether your future is in policy, business, or academia, the skills you build here, from event management to professional writing and public speaking, are what truly set you apart in the real world.

This is what early investment in young liberty leaders produces.

A student who once fled a Middle Eastern civil war now sits across the table from German policymakers on regional reform. An Indian undergraduate pitched a job-matching platform for daily-wage workers on Shark Tank and walked off with funding. In Sri Lanka, a coordinator network helped move a Supreme Court ruling against unconstitutional emergency powers.

None of them looked like leaders when SFL met them. They were students in classrooms, mostly isolated, mostly unknown.

The work is closing the gap between conviction and capability. Training, mentorship, a global peer network, and real responsibility before age 25. That is what produces operators. That is what we do.

Meet SFL Alum Maz Shakibaii from United Kingdom.

For Maz, SFL was more than just an organization. It was a training ground for liberty.

Through SFL, he developed the leadership, organization, and communication skills to become a more effective advocate for freedom.

But more than the skills, it was the people. SFL gave him life-long friendships with leaders from all over the world who shared the same passion for a freer future.

Your SFL journey doesn’t end at graduation. Stay connected, meet fellow alumni, and keep building for liberty. Link in bio.

Dan Epstein walked up to the mic and called David Rand a capitalist.

David owned it, and explained why.

We’re taking these open mic events to campuses across the US.

People say fascism and socialism are opposites.

Stalin didn’t act like it.

How many of these are happening that we are not aware of- EVERY DAY? Why can’t students have a civil discussion anymore without getting physical?

You can like OR dislike Abul Sayed and still go about your day without attacking people. Crazy idea right??

Some rooms remind you why you started.

Attending #EARC2026 by @sfliberty was more than a conference experience; it was an opportunity to connect with bold minds, exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and reflect on the future we want for Africa.

As the Founder and President of AYLA Africa, I believe our generation must move beyond conversations and take the lead in building solutions, creating opportunities, and shaping the continent we want to see.

The future of Africa will not be built by spectators, but by those willing to show up, think boldly, collaborate, and do the work.

The vision is clear. The responsibility is ours. The work continues.

She-Wei grew up in China and came to the mic at FIU to defend its system.

Then David Rand asked him a question he had to think about.

We’re taking these open mic events to campuses across the US.

I’ve never understood why climate activists are so against nuclear energy when it’s literally one of the cleanest energy sources out there. Meanwhile, the people who actually stand to lose from it are the ones making money off the dirtiest energy sources on the planet lmao. Make it make sense. by @sfliberty
