💻That is what the Slow Fashion Movement Learning Lab is building. The Learning Lab is a global educational and research program bringing together students, emerging professionals, educators, researchers and industry practitioners to explore the deeper questions shaping fashion’s future.

📦From Fashion Psychology and behaviour change, to Fashion Technology & AI, to Global Supply Chains, we create space for learners to question, research, learn from experts and turn knowledge into action.
And we’re doing this as a free program.

📈But free for learners doesn't mean free to run. Behind every cohort are mentors, researchers, masterclasses, program coordination, technology, communications and the time it takes to create meaningful learning experiences.

We’re excited to welcome The New Own, a Rome-based circular fashion platform, as a partner of SFM Learning Lab 3.0.

From rethinking what it means to own fashion to creating new ways to access, experience and extend the life of garments, The New Own is challenging the traditional relationship between fashion and ownership.

And that is exactly the kind of thinking we want to bring into the Learning Lab.

📓 To change the fashion industry, we have to change who gets access to fashion education.

Through the SFM Learning Lab, we equip emerging leaders with the tools, fashion psychology, tech and supply chain insights needed to dismantle fast fashion culture. But keeping an international, youth-led program running requires digital tools, platforms, and logistical support.

✨Today, we are opening our GoFundMe to cover these exact operational expenses for our upcoming cohort.
We want to make one thing clear: there is no such thing as a "too small" donation.
