2028 Mason Westwood is a FOGO who continues to stand out at the X with his ability to consistently win possessions and make an impact for his team. Westwood is more than just a faceoff specialist—he’s extremely confident with the ball in his stick and has the skill set to make plays in transition. He has great stick skills, strong field awareness, and the ability to push the ball upfield and create offense after the whistle. His combination of faceoff ability, athleticism, and confidence with the ball makes him a dangerous two-way threat and one of the names to keep an eye on in the 2028 class. by @sframslax

They say it takes a village and we need to thank ours. While our season is unfortunately over, we had a tremendous amount of support along the way. We sincerely appreciate all our parents putting in countless hours throughout the year, and the larger Spring-Ford lacrosse community for all their support. Special shout out to @sfyouthlax and @thekenneyburger for their contributions! We’re grateful for everyone who has a part! Thank you all!

To our players - the most common feedback we received this year was how much YOU enjoyed the day to day. How much fun we had, how special the season was, and how we had effectively no bad practices (after a season where we had effectively no good ones). YOU are the reason why we had such a great season. YOU chose to overcome adversity and be on a pursuit of excellence. Be proud of your efforts, accomplishments, and contributions. As coaches, thank you to our players as well!

Guys up next: was “just having fun” or “the pursuit of excellence” more enjoyable? We all have freedom of choice, but we do not have freedom of consequence. It’s your turn to carry the torch.
