Talk about a rollercoaster of emotions… I feel truly blessed to have shared such a beautiful moment with my girls! Already they have taken their roles as big sis with such pride and excitement! @06goochi was the first to know the big news and ordered us this adorable little cake from @lupitasbaking. We are in the middle of moving houses, which, if you’ve ever had to move you know how stressful and chaotic it can be. In the mist of all that, we took a pause and decided to take Alex to her first ballet class (I was hesitant because there’s still so much to do). My sweet girl 🤍 The joy and cheer that came from taking this class @tutuschoolmonterey was exactly what we needed. 10/10 recommend 🤩 by @sgpaint_

Day 3 in San Pedro Bocaneo, Michoacán. An experience I will never forget. No tablets, no phones, no distractions. This hike gave us an opportunity to connect with nature and each other. Something that is difficult to do in our normal routine but necessary to build a stronger relationship with our kids. I thank God for blessing us with this experience. Today marks a year since you left us. My auntie, my friend, my sister, how I miss you. Anyone that knew you knows what a kind spirit and firecracker you were. I can still hear your laugh and your voice. I will never forget you and all the memories we’ve made together. I know you were there waiting to welcome Martin into heaven with a big hug. “It’s bigger than me”
I had so much heart in this one because of who it’s for and what it means.. my best friend and sister @_ccthagoddess is graduating from CSUMB and I couldn’t be more proud of who she has become and where she is going. Having gone through (and still going through recovery) of my 4th knee surgery, has taught me a lot. Maybe because I’m older this time around, but it has made me become more patient with myself. My mind was definitely distracted by so many things that get in the way of living a healthy life. One good thing that came out of having surgery is that I have so much more time to do the things that make me feel good.
