Constant fear. Sleepless nights. Hearts that race with every distant sound. The heavy weight of anxiety, аngеr, and helplessness. This isn’t a rare moment — it’s the daily reality for so many in Ukraine.

People live alone, separated from loved ones. They work full-time jobs after sleepless nights, find ways to donate a significant part of their income to support the army. And somehow, in the midst of blackouts, air raids, and endless grief, they hold on to the fragile moments of joy — a quiet cup of coffee, a call from family, a sunset that feels too beautiful for a world at w@r.

For many of you, far from this nightmare, it’s just another grim headline or a fleeting post that barely gets a second glance.😢 But for Ukrainians, it’s life — raw, relentless, and far too real.

(🇺🇦⤵) Finally the entire world can see what is russia. "The second army" turns out to be just... [I can't write it here because Instagram calls it "hate speech"]. The "great" culture was mostly appropriated from neighbors.
While every year the entire world is saying "Never again"? russians are screaming "We can repeat"(можем повторить). And they DO repeat.
#StandWithUkraine means not only support for Ukrainians. It means being against all the wars russians already started, and all the wars they will start in the future (regardless of who is ruling this country!). Will they?.. - it depends on ALL OF US.

Нарешті у світу відрились очі на те, що таке Росія. Їх «друга армія» виявилась просто... [я не можу висловитись тут, бо Інстаграм вважає це "мовою ворожнечі"] Їх «велика» культура - здебільшого екпропрійована у сусідів.
Коли щороку весь світ каже «Ніколи знову», росіяни кричать «можем павтаріть». І вони повторюють. І будуть повторювати.
#StandWithUkraine означає не лише підтримку українців. Це означає бути проти всіх воєн, які вже розпочали росіяни, і всіх воєн, які вони почнуть у майбутньому (незалежно від того, хто править цією країною!).
А чи почнуть?.. - це залежить від УСІХ НАС. by @sha1ena

Over 7,000 Ukrainian prisoners of w@r and up to 20,000 civilians are still being held in ruzzian captivity.
The w@r is not over, and their silence is a reminder of the fight that continues every single day. They are not just numbers, they are parents, children, partners, and defenders.

Tonight I had the chance to host the Ukrainian speaking club for the local international community here in Lviv, and honestly, I was so impressed by how good everyone's Ukrainian was. Whether people were just starting out or already super fluent, the room was filled with great conversations, laughs, and genuine connection. On top of that, everyone who joined helped raise support for @ukrainer_net community.
