To my baby girl,

Thank you for giving me the strength and motivation to achieve this goal. Your unconditional love has pushed me through so many challenges and hardships that we have faced through this journey. You have made me stronger than I ever imagined I could be. Not only for you but for myself. You have motivated me to be the best mommy I can be, accomplishing this goal for US!

Through every obstacle I faced to reach this goal: being declined acceptance at UNCC, being pregnant and giving birth during nursing school, juggling motherhood & being a student at the same time, and other personal battles I have overcome, I am EXTREMELY proud of myself for this achievement!

Lastly, to my grandma, my best friend, you have instilled so many great things in me that have made me the person I am today. I wish you were here to witness this all, but I know you’re smiling from the sky. Before you left, I promised you that I would do it and I did. 💜
