less is more (actually) Choreography isn't dance without the ability to find the pocket and the emotion in your moves.
Singing and vocalising notes isn't artistry without tone and thehrav.
Raags aren't classical mastery nor are bandishes or paltas.
Mixing isn't EQ curves that are textbook.
Production isn't beats without spacing and layers that add to the song.
Songwriting isn't structure like all these posts claim “Max Martin” formulaic.

I present here the introductory verse to "Man Kunto Maula" featuring @mohsinakhtarmusic on guitar 🎸

Something about this composition makes me feel a spiritual connection to the Universe unlike any other and I hope you can feel it the same way I do ❤️

#ManKuntoMaula is (allegedly) the first EVER #Qawwali written by its innovator 🐐 the #SufiMusic Maestro #AmirKhusro and so I hope I do it 1% justice inshallah
