"When I was little, my grandma used to tell me, ‘Puttu and beef were never two things... they were made for each other from the beginning. In the old days, when families had little, they would still find a way to steam puttu fresh and cook beef slow with love. No matter how hard life was, when puttu and beef came to the table, there was happiness in the house.
