First blue marlin on a 24ft @pairmarineinc - 100 Mile run and almost 12 hours into the trip this thing came into our spread. @dbake101 pitched a dink ballyhoo on a tld25 with 60lb leader and ended up hooking this thing sending the Shad’s on the sickest fight of all time. 4 hours later we were still 100 miles from land with 45 gallons of fuel left with a blue marlin release. Safe to say we’re probably the first boat to ever come back to Rehoboth bay marina with a blue marlin flag. Big eyes, Blue Marlin and white marlin, we’ve had just about as good of a season as possible for a small boat.
