Most people don’t struggle with what to say. They struggle with how they say it. Last week I hosted our first ever Communicate Conference with Northwest University in Seattle, Washington. 255 pastors and leaders came in from around the country, hungry to grow in how we communicate the gospel. This wasn’t about formulas. Not about sounding polished. Not about becoming a better version of someone else. This was about being Spirit-filled and real. We don’t need more soundalikes. We don’t need more rehearsed voices. We need people who are anchored in the Spirit of God, who know who they are in Him, and are secure enough to communicate from that place. Because communication isn’t just clarity, it’s alignment. People don’t just hear your words. They feel your spirit. Thank you to President @123jeremyj for believing in this. To @upsetthegram @ttimberlake @brandoncormier @jonathanarivera @filmorebouldes @lisatrent @mdharder and so many others who poured into the room. And a special shout out to my guy @shaddyemelu who dreamed this up with me. Grateful for what God did in that room. This is just the beginning. 2027 dates coming soon. by @shaddyemelu
