As I reflect on the past 48 years, my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you to everyone who has shown me love, support, friendship, and kindness along the way. The memories we’ve shared, the lessons learned, and the moments that shaped me mean more than words can truly express.
I’m incredibly thankful for the people who have walked beside me on this journey and helped make these years so meaningful. As I step into year 49, I do so with excitement and hope for all the adventures, memories, and stories that are still waiting to be written.
The biggest thank you goes to my parents for giving me life and for blessing me with a beautiful and meaningful name that I carry with pride, prayers, and strength every day. Today, my sweet boy turns 19, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude that I get to be his mom. I am beyond proud of the young man you are becoming and the way you continue to choose growth and a better life for yourself. You are kind, loving, humble, caring, and such a joy to everyone around you. Your carefree spirit lights up every room.
Watching you build strong bonds with your brothers—knowing you look out for each other—fills my heart more than I can put into words. I feel so blessed to witness you grow into everything I’ve prayed for and more.

So yesterday was a whirlwind of emotions at work and at home. But I’ll share what I did that I haven’t done in over 25 years. I danced. 🥹♥️ Thanks to some amazing women in my life who let me borrow parts of their regalia and to the one who said, “just do it.” I love you 3 sisters of mine. by @shadow_oakgrove

Well my sweet boy is all moved in and I am a wreck. I miss him already. I know he’ll do well and he carries all our love and prayers with him. It’s going to take sometime getting used to not having him home and him not riding with me for the past 13 years to and from school. ♥️🥹
His dad and I are so proud of him and all that he is doing to make his life better. ♥️
