thought I was building a career behind a camera.
Turns out, I was building a life.

When I started, I thought it was going to be about cameras, lenses, lighting, frames and making things look good.

But somewhere between the long shoots, missed meals, impossible schedules, bad takes, last-minute changes, failed ideas and those rare moments when everything finally comes together…

I realised this was teaching me something much bigger.

Patience.
Discipline.
People.
Failure.
Trust.
And the ability to keep going when nobody is watching.

I didn’t really have a roadmap.
I learned through the internet, experiments, mistakes, and by simply showing up and shooting again.

And I learned that you don’t necessarily need a mentor to begin.

Sometimes, the work becomes the teacher.

Every frame also taught me that filmmaking is never just about the person holding the camera.

There’s a crew behind every shot.
People carrying equipment.
People solving problems.
People waiting for the light.
People making things happen when everything goes wrong.

The people you build with eventually become part of every story you tell.

The hardest days have probably taught me the most.

And I’m still learning.

Still shooting.
Still experimenting.
Still figuring things out.
Still building.

One frame at a time.

🎥✨ “Everything is there in Cinematography.”
Behind every frame is a vision, a story, and the art of light & motion.

The Winning 🏆 Shot for me !!
Between the fading daylight and the beginning of the night,
there’s a brief moment where everything feels cinematic.

This was one of those moments.

Some stories don’t need lights.
Just windows, time, and the way shadows fall.
