🧡 Swam with actual saltwater crocodiles
🐊 Watched them leap out of the water
🐪 Caught the dreamiest sunset on a camel

Ouff 2023 was something, wasn’t it?

Got to spread my wings to amazing places, and then they were broken for a while, had to relearn how to walk again, made new friends at physiotherapy, saw the love of my life (for now) performed live for the second time (I think we made eye contact), had chicken pox for the first time ever (in my 30s, whaaatt), welcomed a new family member, lost a friend due to cancer, had the best seed hotteok in Busan, read some fantastic fictions, saw friends fell in love, picked up some Gen Z slangs, saw friends fell out of love — needless to say, the year was eventful.

But in between the laughters and the tears, 2023 had also taught me how to live my life again. To slow down when the body says so; to realign my priorities; and...it had reminded me that, I am loved. My support system is the greatest blessing that I will be forever grateful of — be it my fam bam, friends to colleagues. It’s a new dawn, and I’m so ready to see what 2024 has in store for me. Let’s go, baby! ❤️
