Easy Pollo Asado Recipe! Grilled Chicken that hits every time! 👊 😎 And of course my @shadyrays keeping me cool 😎 while I do my thang on the grill! 🙌 Recipe 👇 —— Ingredients—— • Chicken • @spanglishasadero_official Pollo Asado Seasoning • Your favorite beer 🍺 I used @modelousa • Juice from Two fresh oranges. —— Steps —— • Marinade• 1. Pour 2 cans of @modelousa in a mixing bowl. 2. Add 2 packets of @spanglishasadero_official Pollo Asado Seasoning. 3. Add 2 tablespoons @spanglishasadero_official Chipotle Chicken seasoning 4. Juice from 2 oranges 5. Mix well 6. In a large bowl with your chicken, add your marinade and let sit covered in your fridge for 4 hours. • Cooking Instructions • 1. Set your grill to Med-High Heat 2. Pull your chicken from the marinade and pat dry 3. Set your chicken on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 170-175 degrees. Flip every so often to achieve the perfect crisp! 😎 4. Once the internal temperature hits 170-175 degrees, pull from grill and let the chicken rest for 10 minutes! 5. Enjoy 👊 😎 —— Tips —— 1. Add more @spanglishasadero_official Seasoning to the chicken during the cook for extra flavor! 🙌 😋 Serve with Tortillas, Green onions, your favorite salsa, beans, and rice! I sliced up some Grilled pineapple and it paired very well with this dish!
