To the camp that changed my life 🤍

I remember six years ago knowing I wanted to pursue theatre, but having no idea what that actually entailed or if it was even a real possibility. This camp not only showed me what it meant to be a performer, but also what it meant to be a leader and helped me discover who I was as a person.

I remember being a 7th grader with no idea who Shae was, and now I’ve blossomed into someone I truly think 7th-grade me would be proud of.

@thebwayacademy you guys are changing lives one camper at a time, and I only hope I’ve made you all proud. by @shaeeggers

I am beyond excited to announce that I will be attending Marymount Manhattan College / Northeastern-NYC to pursue my BFA in Musical Theatre! 💙

After auditioning for 30 schools, I’m so grateful to have found the place I can call home. Thank you to my mom for always supporting me in anything I choose to do. @sashadobs for guiding me and helping me every step of the way, @_reagankennedy_ for showing me that I truly am a dancer, and most of all @patty_irwin for inspiring me, believing in me, and encouraging me to follow my dreams. #acceptedmmc taken in Marymount Manhattan College Alumni by @shaeeggers
