Energy is so important. I love the way my stylist makes us feel before, during, and after our appointments. Thank you Patty @iprotecttresses for always taking care of our natural hair. This was my baby’s first silk press and she did an amazing job. by @shaejanae

Today’s workout:

* Squats for the glutes
* Lat pulldowns for the back
* Hanging leg raises for the core

Nothing fancy. Just showing up, staying consistent and becoming a stronger version of myself!

Who’s working out with me next? Let’s set a date!

Went to @soulvibezinc with my girlfriends. The food was good and our waiter was very interactive. Valentino had us laughing, gave us some food recommendations and he was very personable. by @shaejanae

Sunday FunDay ♥️ We are very intentional about our family time. After church, we went to breakfast at @chickenandwaffles_chicago. During breakfast, we had our Mastermind Session, where we discuss all kinds of things.

Today’s topic: “Has having your mom work late affected you as an individual?”

I truly appreciate all of my kids’ responses. These conversations help me become more aware of the areas where I may be lacking and where I can grow as a mom.

My kids love me real bad! 😂❤️ And I love them even more. by @shaejanae
