The COLLINGWOOD store closes today! 😳🙌 Come in for one last hurrah 🙌 11am - 6pm (Saturday 12th September). But don’t worry - We’re not closing altogether! After today we will be continuing at our WINDSOR store at 130 Chapel Street. Thanks for the wonderful memories 💫 and see you Southside for all of our ongoing finds and treasures. Big love from Jeremy and Grant and the SHAG fam ❤️💕 by @shagmelbourne
HELLO TREASURE HUNTERS! As you may already know from our last post, Grant and I are closing the Collingwood store. It’s been a long term plan to recapture a bit of peace and quiet and more time to spend in the garden - who knows? - we might even go on a holiday!! But don’t worry, we are still keeping our big store in Chapel Street, Windsor, where we’ve been sourcing and selling treasures for thirty years. And where we will continue on, doing what we love best. Where did that last thirty years go? 😳 Leading up to closing the Smith street SHAG, we are having a two week, twenty percent off everything SALE. COLLINGWOOD STORE ONLY. Pop in and have a browse before we head Southside. Last day September 12th. Big love from us. J & G by @shagmelbourne
Hello everyone 🙌 We have some news to share with you. If you’ve visited our store on Smith Street lately you may already know that we will be closing it at the end of our lease in early September. But rest assured SHAG is not closing down! It will be business as usual from our bigger flagship store on Chapel Street. Everything is going fine, so please don’t be concerned, it’s just we decided (some time ago) to recapture a bit of freedom for ourselves by not having two demanding shops on the go. When this happens, all the very best of our treasures will then be concentrated into the one location, and we will still be there behind the counter, ready to provide you with our greatest of treasures as we always have for thirty years!!! That’s right folk. This year is also our thirtieth birthday! Astonishing but true! 😳😁 Anyway, with huge love and gratitude I just wanted to announce this rather big news. Stay tuned for a closing date when we exit the building and head back to Windsor, the place where it all began way back in 1996. Big love Jeremy and Grant and the team. 🤗 by @shagmelbourne
Meanwhile up in the Shag warehouse, I am captivated by a small collection of 1950s and 60s holiday shirts. The New Zealand example in particular is truly epic! All these will be out in store next weekend. I won’t be able to answer any enquiries here on Instagram, so please do contact the Windsor store on the weekend, or better still pop in! We are open 12-6pm every day. 03 95108817 ❤️🙌💫 by @shagmelbourne

This is a wonderful rare Gucci chain belt from the mid 1970s featuring a series of lovely green and blue enamelled segments with interlocking G insignias. It’s been a while between posts and even longer between products, but rest assured the SHAG shops are bursting at the seams with some very exciting treasures. Perhaps this fantastic belt will get us on a roll again! Please tap on the image for details and purchase, or contact the store directly on 03 9510 8817. NOW SOLD 🔴 by @shagmelbourne
