Playing in arenas can be SCARY 😅

It’s not even the crowd it’s knowing one wrong move can throw everything off.

Golden rule: KEEP BOTH EARS IN. 🎧 The timing and acoustics can mess you up!

Somehow @shaikeempoole lost his pack and STILL stayed locked in. That was INSANE 😂👏🏾

What’s your worst arena horror story? 👀

Grateful to have been in the room for this one.

Thank you @sb_trio for having me along. Been a minute, but it feels good to be back behind the drums doing what I love and for this amazing moment I was able to witness!

⏸️A week later, I’m looking at life a little differently.

Last week, I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. I won’t lie,, it hasn’t been the easiest week. There have been moments of frustration, uncertainty, and learning to give myself grace.

But through it all, I’ve been reminded how I want to keep showing up. I don’t want to disappear until everything looks “normal” again so I’m standing tall in faith and forward. This healing is a process and I’m going to embrace it while still being exactly who I am!

Thank you to everyone who’s reached out, checked on me, prayed for me, and shown me love already. Every message has meant more than you know.🖤

One day soon, someday close, by morning, it’ll be Joy!💪🏾 taken in Somewhere Around the Globe by @shaikeempoole
