My last dump of my trip last week and the main thing I'm vex about is that I'm still unwell
🙃

To be clear...

I DID NOT DO MY RESEARCH ON PAPAYA SEEDS they are NOT A JOKE 🤣😂🥲😂

This was way before any trends that are around, I like to eat clean on most days and did not realise the effect it would have.

So am I against Papaya seeds? No.
Do we need research before taking them? YES!

Otherwise I'm great and happy I got to take my boys on their first ✈️ trip!

Give thanks for life and roll on the next trip 🧳

(WARNING LONG POST 🤪)

I basically spoke this day into existence, and it was the best Thursday in a while 🥹

Firstly I was greatful to go and come back safely 🙏🏿

I was pleased by my sporadic stumbling on @izabellacafe *Camden I had the pleasure of meeting Izzie whose customer service was bang on👌🏿

I was happy with the option of being able to mix my pomegranate and watermelon juice but when he asked if I wanted Ginger too it's like he knew I had a sore throat 🥹 what more can you want from great service than a mind reader 🤣😅🤣😂

Definitely returning!!! Thanks Izzie!

I then ticked off a wish on my bucket list of seeing @lovealexisley who was just as mesmerising ✨✨✨✨ in person as she is in my ears on a Monday 👂🏿👂🏿

I've been listening to her since 2017 and to see the growth is inspiring

The band supporting her was 10/10 and the drummer was giving me Life!!!

I'm still listening to her music right now buzzing from the experience! Thank you 🥰

She was supported by @essencemartins who I promise after you pree, she'll be in your playlist as she's in mine!

It's Blessing to have peaceful moments like this. Good vibes, great environment and lovely weather.

Thanks again to @grosvenorroadstudios for having me perform last week!

Usually after leaving an event I dwell on what I could have done better 😏 I did the same on this occasion 😅 but also had a new burst of passion to double on my performances 🎙️👨🏿‍🎤

The crowd was lovely during and even more so after the performance 🥰🥰🥰.

To top it off it was great to support Mr vocals himself @abelmillerofficial on his new song "Walk With Me" ft @blackvoicesuk

Something about SE15 that will always feel like home 😌

Every step I took as I got off the 36 reminded me of fear, a joke, a smell, touch, smile, heart to heart, trek, VYG, Peckham 28s, firehouse, ypbs, the smell of snails, a kiss, a hug, late nights, my Nokia 3210 and 8210 👴🏿, early mornings, walks through yellow brick, walks to Aylesbury and Nathan 😔.
