Some detail shots of this lovely project, one of the last of 2024!! It was so beautiful because I got to reconnect with @snataliabjj who I met almost 15 years ago at a mural project engaging youth in art making! Fast forward, her and her family are opening their third location of @deliempanadascanada in Toronto and expanding because they have become so popular !! This mural celebrates the many delicious plants like Banana leaves, coffee, corn, and even passion fruit! And at the heart of the mural is her mama, who is ever present watching over them from the eternal realm 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Rewiiiind! I got to paint this magic studio door for Barrie’s own Leather Goddess @carvergirlleatherco ! She asked me for a Beaver and to include her carving tool but she wanted me to have creative freedom!! I just went with the flow and this is what came out!!
I’ll post some pictures of what it looks like soon in her newly renovated studio! If you are looking for local and beautifully hand crafted leather goods, hit up your girl @carvergirlleatherco she makes absolutely gorgeous pieces! It was such a fun project and honour when another artist commissions you a piece of art!

What an awesome event in Downtown Huntsville for the 2026 Canoe Mural Project: Street Art Edition in River Mill Park.
I got to paint a canoe alongside 6 other incredibly talented artists🥳
The artworks were inspired by the iconic landscapes of Tom Thomson. The piece I chose as my inspiration is called Sunset Clouds, the colours and textures really stood out to me. I decided to give it remix with my portrait imagination style sandwiched in the middle of sky and water reflection!

My first time in Huntsville, half of it in the river as it was so hot, and we mad wit through the Canada Day storm and still got to finish painting in the warm sun!! I hope to go back soon to such an inspirational town and brilliant nature and lovely people! Thank you everyone who was part of this beautiful and colourful day!! We had a blast, especially the little ones!

What an incredible Canada Day in Downtown Huntsville! Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Canoe Mural Project: Street Art Edition in River Mill Park.

Seven talented artists spent the day transforming canoes into stunning works of art inspired by the iconic landscapes of Tom Thomson. A huge thank you to our featured artists:

Join me for a Mother and Daughter’s creative art workshop at the @nook.yoga.barrie on Saturday, July 4th at 12 noon-1pm. I have been dreaming about sharing a creative women’s and girls circle for quite sometime, some of my most peaceful and profound moments are creating with my daughter and how beautiful would it be to have more of us all creating together ❤️Wether you are a mom, aunt, grandma, all are welcome.
I’ll be guiding the group through fun and creative processes that can be shared creating together and individually. And of course Violeta will be there too as my creative assistant 🫶🎨👩‍🎨🖌️

Part 2 of the Healing plants!! Nothing about this is AI, all human made, woman made💪🏾🌷🌸💐🌺!! This was my last three hours to finish the rendering on this healing bouquet of wellness at a local Health Center!

I’m starting to bud again together with nature’s spring! I am taking up my spaces, and am asking my art communities, fellow artists , curators, art lovers, organizations, businesses, to See Me and Hear me! Do not forget me in what can feel like an invisible cloak of responsibilities as a full time care taker!!! Even if I can’t always participate, please reach out, I always appreciate an invitation to participate in exhibits, jams, festivals, talks, workshops, live paintings, even a coffee! So don’t forget ya Girl over here, I’m stepping out of the invisibility cloak and hope y’all ready to see my colours 🖤❤️🧡💛💚💙💜♥️🖤 I have a lot to share!

Feeeelt sooo gooood to paint! The process went smooth as butter!! This is my day 1 of this wellness mural at a local Health Center. My spirit has been doing a lot of healing, and this project came as a blessing to be able to focus on my series of medicinal plants 🌱! Art heals, and making art is to thrive!! Can’t wait to show you today’s last touches! 🌺💐🌷💚🌸🌞
