Green Rasgullay , soft, light, and delicately sweet.

A beautiful balance of color and flavor, spongy to the touch and gently soaked in syrup, made fresh daily with care.

A timeless Shalimar classic, crafted for those who love authentic mithai.

Every table has that one dish that goes first. At Shalimar, it's CHILLI PANEER.

Wok-tossed paneer, bell peppers, and a sauce that hits sweet, spicy, and savory all at once.

Made fresh. Served hot. Made to be remembered.

Before BEEF NIHARI became the most ordered dish on our table, it started as a family tradition , one that couldn't be rushed.

Tender beef, slow-cooked in a rich, deep gravy, finished with fried onions, fresh ginger, cilantro and a squeeze of lemon. A recipe carried from home, made to be remembered.

This is more than a dish. This is Shalimar.
