CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Sham came to me 10 weeks ago needing help for his marathon with a clear goal in mind… beating his previous marathon time of 4 hours 44 minutes and securing a sub 4 hour 30 this time round. Everyone who knows Sham will know he is a busy individual with his career, comedy & social life meaning previously his diet had been neglected with meal deals and fast food on the go regularly and training not being prioritised. I gave Sham clear guidance on how best to fix up his diet to get him feeling healthier but also putting a system in place for him to help him in the future as his busy life continues. 10 weeks for a marathon meant everything was fast tracked with him being put through his paces on a whole new level which he stuck to consistently whilst still continuing his busy social life but without the drink this time round. Cold lonely nights on the streets putting in hard work to set him up for his big day. It was all worth it, he shaved off over half an hour from his previous attempt and annihilated his target of a sub 4 hour 30 bagging himself a 4 hour 13 finish. Congratulations to Sham an absolutely huge achievement, I couldn’t be happier for him. He again showed that hard work always pays off👏👏👏 #fyp #runner #brightonmarathon #marathon #running by @sham_sc
Brighton Marathon✅ Huge thanks to the man @jtobintraining who helped me cut down over half an hour from my first marathon. At this rate of improvement I will have the world record on my 7th attempt!! by @sham_sc
