Flew to Thailand to announce: I’M A MOMMY.

To my baby girl: I prayed for you. I dreamed of you. Every little flutter & every tiny heartbeat reminds me that dreams do come true & prayers are answered. You’re already so deeply loved & cherished as my love for you has no limits. You are my entire world, my absolute joy, my greatest blessing & my hardest but best kept secret.

I never knew a person so tiny could have such an impact on me but you’ve already changed me for the better in so many ways. Know that I will do my best to be everything you need me to be. I’m beyond honored to be your mommy & know the moment I first hold you in my arms will be the most beautiful day. I can’t wait to do life with you.

Half a year with you. 🥹

Six months ago, you changed my life & gave it a whole new purpose. Loving you has been the greatest blessing, the most beautiful feeling I’ve ever known. Watching your little personality shine more every day is my favorite thing. You’re so smart, so sassy, so silly, & you bring me so much joy. You are more than I prayed for; you are absolutely perfect for me. Being your mommy will always be my favorite title. I thank God for trusting me with someone as precious as you.

Oh yeah…& about 2 months ago I became a Charter member of the Alpha Delta Theta Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated! IYKYK, this was NOT easy or a quick process but one thing about ME, I’m really leaving my mark everywhere I go!! & I got to do it with my little legacy growing inside of me 🥹 everything I do has been for her & I hope she knows that she can do whatever she put her mind to. Just a little black girl from the hood 🥹 I’m so in awe of myself. I set goals & I hit them every time, there is really no limit when it comes to me! If nobody is proud of me, IM PROUD OF ME. This is a different kind of joy. Yall know I had to doubleeee it. & let’s not forget this is the #1 MBA program in Ohio & my GPA is a 3.5.
