Don’t even know what point or where to start. People might look at this post and ask who was Al, n this is what I would say. a person who help build me into the man I am today, a man who didn’t hold his tongue with information giving me every bit of knowledge without me fully knowing what everything meant , a person who only taught never expected, a man who never downplayed his mistakes but acknowledged them proudly because that’s what makes a man, a man who always seemed to know how I felt n why it was I was feeling that way. If the dictionary ask for a picture of what a man is, I would’ve sent you. Not because you were perfect, the richest, or anything else people misconstrue as being a man but because you were always you and never who people thought you should be. I have so many memories but the only one that seems to play in my head everyday is the day I sat in a room with you, seeing n holding you even though you had already left us. It’s weird to think even that day the room we shared wasn’t lifeless. So if you even wanted to know who my grandpa was that’s a glimpse of who he was.

Happy players day love nigga forever n after🫱🏾‍🫲🏿🤞🏽 by @shamond.___
