Waking up early enables you to do so much! There is really a big difference between waking up and watching the sunrise and waking up when the sun is already shining.
You find yourself saying it’s just ten am and I already did so much,
the thing that helped me most to stick with this routine is to call someone or make a commitment and then you know you can’t bail.
