Happy Heavenly Birthdayy to my father Ronnie! 🎉🤍🤍🤍 It seems so unreal having to say that. This is our first birthday celebrating w/o him. 😓We were always celebrating together as long as I can remember for his birthday. We loved celebrating him and loving on him. I love and miss my dad every single day. It really hasn’t been that long, and my brain is still trying to comprehend life and everything that comes with it.

It’s crazy when all you have left are pictures, videos, and memories. I’m so grateful that I was always recording my dad, my sisters were too. Just capturing those small, silly, random moments of joy.

He was my buddy and my heart. I think we were all low-key obsessed with him. Lol.

He was the coolest, kindest, wisest, silliest, and most gentle yet strong soul. To know him was to love him.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father, Ronnie Wilcox.

Our hearts are completely broken, and we are still trying to process this tremendous loss. He fought so hard and was surrounded by so much love throughout his journey. Thank you to everyone who has kept our family in your prayers and reached out with support. We truly appreciate it more than words can say.

Funeral arrangements will be shared once finalized.

Well done Dad. I can’t wait to see you again in paradise with our Heavenly Father. You are Forever loved. 🤍 by @shanaywilcox

2025 plot twist: I joined a run club & accidentally became a long distance runner 👀🏃‍♀️💨

I joined a run club in January with zero expectations and even fewer miles in my legs—I just wanted to get outside and try something new. Fast-forward and I somehow went from dying after 1 lap (yes, one… lap… lol) I have @brendaasale as witness, 😂 to finishing my first HALF MARATHON🏅in a matter of months. 🤯✨

Made new friends, gained crazy endurance, & collected too many sweaty memories.💦😂 I’m so blessed and so grateful to have met such a great group of like minded people. Shoutout to everyone on here who tuned into my random leg boomerangs, night runs, & hill murmurs lol 😅
