Surprise! Your iconic drink is back.

The Shandrani Surprise is making a much-anticipated comeback to the menu as the hotel celebrates its 35th anniversary.

Deliciously tropical and vibrant, this signature cocktail combines the smoothness of white rum with the refreshing taste of pineapple juice. Blue curaçao adds a subtle citrus touch and a striking azure hue reminiscent of the lagoon, while orgeat syrup brings a delicate almond flavour that beautifully rounds off the blend.
The Shandrani Surprise is now available on the menus of the hotel’s various bars and restaurants.
