The past week and a half has been a whirlwind, but what a joy it was to help bring Ms. Sylvia Crier’s story to a national audience on the @todayshow with Jenna & Friends!

Ms. Crier is truly a gem, and I’m so grateful we were able to give her her flowers in this way. 💐

And talk about surprises- @hodakotb came in to narrate the story AND @scholastic gifted the library $10,000! Little Shandrell, who loved Hoda on WWL in the 90s and couldn’t wait to ball out at the Scholastic Book Fair, was living in that moment. 🙌🏾

We’re honored to share that our short film, Inspire The City: What’s the Name of Your School, has been selected for screening at the @essencefest Film Festival on Sunday, July 5, at 12:20 p.m. at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. 🎥

Inspired by a question every New Orleanian knows, this film explores how a generation of students has grown up in a city where they’re not just defined by the school they attend, they’re shaped by New Orleans. 🔥

Featuring the voices of students, alumni, educators, and community leaders, What’s the Name of Your School celebrates the resilience of our city, the evolution of public education, and the young people writing its next chapter. ✨

Three years of sisterhood, service, and a bond that keeps getting deeper. ❤️🔺

Celebrating my Deltaversary with so much gratitude for the women who sharpen me, support me, and stand beside me in purpose. Choosing this sisterhood is truly one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. There is a real power in it, the kind that covers you, corrects you, pushes you, and reminds you who you are when you need it most.

Special love to my linesisters of PRESIDENTed 86, a group of dynamic, chosen women who disrupt, lead, and shift every space we step into. The energy, the excellence, the accountability… unmatched.

This journey has stretched me, grounded me, and reminded me what it means to truly commit to something bigger than myself.

30 hours in San Antonio for Delta business!

So, this was probably my most epic side quest to date.

Immediately after the gala, I headed to the airport to get on a 6 am flight to make it in time to surprise @byjasminesimone as she joined our amazing sisterhood. It was such a great day!
