Absolutely blown away by the magnificent Rosewood São Paulo! From the moment we stepped into our suite, we were so impressed by the stunning decor, exquisite craftsmanship and incredible attention to detail. It’s hard to imagine the vision, creativity and investment that went into transforming a former maternity hospital into such an extraordinary luxury hotel. Every corner is a work of art, and the result is simply spectacular!

Now ranked No. 6 on The World’s 50 Best Hotels list, it’s easy to understand why. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Truly an exceptional hotel! ❤️✨ @rosewoodsaopaulo

The Golden Egg was definitely the winning dish of the evening! The crab, on the other hand, was disappointing. It had a slightly fishy taste, almost reminiscent of canned crab, and the texture wasn’t quite to my liking. Nonetheless, it was a lovely first-night dinner in a beautiful setting at the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas in Iguazú Falls. A wonderful way to begin our stay! @belmond @belmondhoteldascataratas by @shaneasavours

The sheer magnificence and power of Iguazu Falls is almost impossible to describe! 🌊

With the recent major flooding, the volume of water cascading over the falls has been extraordinary — so powerful that the walkway to Devil’s Throat has been damaged and closed for safety.

Standing there, watching the incredible force of Mother Nature, is truly breathtaking! No wonder Iguazu Falls was named one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. An unforgettable sight to behold! ❤️🇧🇷🇦🇷 @iguazuargentina

Standing among these towering rock formations, shaped by Mother Nature over millions of years, really puts life into perspective. The sheer size and beauty are absolutely breathtaking! It makes you realize just how small we are in this incredible world — merely a tiny speck in the grand scheme of things. Mother Nature at her finest! ❤️ Our photographer Victor, seen here works magic with a camera

The breathtaking Seven Coloured Mountains in Purmamarca, Argentina! 🌈⛰️ Nature at its most spectacular, with layers of vibrant colours formed over millions of years. Pictures simply don’t do justice to this incredible landscape. Another unforgettable highlight of our journey through northern Argentina! 🇦🇷❤️ by @shaneasavours

Not a food picture for a change! 🌳 I just couldn’t resist capturing the beautiful colours of this tree here in Salta. So lovely to be exploring another part of Argentina and discovering its beauty along the way! ❤️🇦🇷

A lovely evening at El Bodeguero in Salta! Although the mains didn’t quite impress, the baby squid, burrata and #chocolate mousse were very good. Some nice local wines, delicious cocktails and warm, attentive service made for a very enjoyable evening

What a delightful surprise! Assemblage Restaurant at Alta Vista Winery in Mendoza was an absolute gem. Serving a French/Argentinian cuisine. We weren’t expecting too much, but what a pleasant surprise! A wonderful five-course tasting menu, excellent food, wonderful service and such a charming setting. In my opinion, this restaurant is deserving of a Michelin star. One of those unexpected dining experiences that leaves a lasting impression @bodegaaltavista

What an unexpected and delicious surprise at Ruca Malen Winery in Mendoza! The wines were nice, but it was the Michelin-recognized restaurant that really impressed us. A wonderful three-course lunch with wine pairings, and one of the best tacos I’ve ever tasted! If you’re visiting Mendoza, this is definitely a lunch worth experiencing. Recommended @bodegarucamalen

Finally, a beautiful clear day here in Mendoza, and the views of the magnificent Andes Mountains from our villa are simply breathtaking! You don’t realize just how vast and majestic they are until you see them in person. Stretching along the western edge of South America, the Andes are the longest continental mountain range in the world. Truly a sight to behold, and one of those views you never tire of admiring. Absolutely spectacular!
