Happy Pride! 🌈 @shaneebenjamin (Shanée Benjamin) created three stickers you can use to celebrate. Shanée, an illustrator in Brooklyn, wants these designs to convey unity and joy. “We go through so much as a community,” she says. “If my sticker can bring joy to your story, that's a win for me and a win for us.”

For Shanée, Pride is about showing up as herself. While illustration is her speciality, Shanée’s passion is food. She regularly hosts queer dinner parties for more than 20 people. “I really enjoy being able to step back and just look at community members smile, have fun and be happy,” she says. “They’re in a safe space. If I can provide that, I love that.” ❤️

Illustration is coming to an end for me. I’ll be selling some originals, and probably throwing out the rest. I’m so grateful for the work I’ve done, the worlds I’ve been apart of, and the opportunities that I never thought would come.

2026 has sucked so far.

My mom received a kidney transplant which was supposed to be the beginning of a new future for us, but instead isn’t doing too hot, and leaves me on edge with every phone call.

The studio got stiffed $2500 which really fucked me for Feb.

My dog had a 3rd stroke (she’s okay), and that set me back by $$$.

fun fact: i started to learn korean in 7th grade.

I remember the korean alphabet, and that ppalagan sagwa means red apple. and how to spell my name. that’s about it lol.
