#KCONLA2025 recap!!! where do i even begin 😭 it was such a crazy year, and i’m so grateful for the opportunities i was given — owning exciting marketing initiatives, giving key input on our U.S. brand partnerships, being the official kcon on-air spokesperson (10 interviews in one week!!!), and more 🥺 it’s always a pleasure contributing to the event i fell in love with so deeply as a kid, and i’m immensely proud of everyone involved for getting it done and being part of a larger cultural movement that will only continue to grow. 🫶🏻 it’s been an honor 🤍 p.s. i still can’t believe i finally saw one of my ult groups together again after SOOOO LONGGGG!!! AHHH monsta x please tour!!!! by @shaneyhwang
the craziest yet most fulfilling weekend of my life @ #KCONLA2024!! words cannot describe how proud i am of my team for getting it done. all the press interviews, programming we had to oversee, social content we had to capture, sponsors + influencers we had to liaison, and artists we had to interpret for… it still kind of feels like a fever dream HAHAHA (especially on 3-4 hours of sleep a day) i am incredibly lucky to be here, and i’m so grateful to do this work for my community that deserves more kpop/k-culture access in the U.S. 🥺🫶🏻 and i’m hoping from the bottom of my heart that we can bring KCON back to NYC one day — I’M FIGHTING FOR Y’ALL ‼️‼️ p.s. SISTAR’s Loving U was my first EVER dance cover in 2012, and it felt so full circle meeting one of the members of that very group IRL 🥺 sosososo cool + very happi. by @shaneyhwang
*ring ring* LA called and requested my presence… 🙂‍↕️ so I’M OUTTA HERE!! 🗣️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ it’s surreal to share that i’ll be moving to LA in a few weeks to work at @kconusa (cj enm)! growing up, i ALWAYS dreamed of turning my greatest passion into my professional career, and i’m so grateful that my hard work & love finally got me to where i am today 😭 many of you may know this, but there is truly nothing that feels MORE right for me than spreading the cultural influence of korean entertainment and media globally 🥺 i’m so excited to be a part of it, and 12 y.o me is DEFFFF geeking out right now LOL ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ i’ve been in NYC all my life so this is truly gonna be a crazy move for me, but i’m excited for what’s to come!! AHHHHHHHHHH!!!! 🙂‍↕️ scroll thru for some good ol’ memez from my archive by @shaneyhwang
