#mommydaughterdate to experience @stepafrika ! was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! The ancestry, the history, and the artistry in showing the history of #africandance and #stepping was truly amazing! Don’t miss #stepafrika in #houston This cultural phenomenon has so much grit and grace! #lovethearts #loveafricandance Special thanks to @mrsbrazzle04 and @thereal_dr_brazzle for truly blessing #JordynJenee and I with this truly unique and colorful experience that we will remember #forever taken in Jones Hall for the Performing Arts by @shanismothers

Xavier University of Louisiana #XULAHomecoming was everything! 28 years of friendship, sisterhood, and pulling together in good times and bad. My #xavieruniversityoflouisiana roomates, the #418 #usuals are truly my #bestfriendsforlife! #lovemygirls It was amazing to see #oldfriends and #Xavierites! Truly honored to see the photo of #saintkatherinedrexel with my grandmother, Carolyn Smothers and my uncle, William Pajaud! Truly grateful for Fatima Shaik and #XavierUniversity’s exibit of the #EconomyHallSociety The Cultural Family of Economy Hall exhibit on the second floor of UC featuring my great great grandfather, Oscar Cagnolatti, former President of the Economy Hall Society. The 100 year history of Xavier University of Louisiana is so intertwined with my #familyhistory. I am truly #grateful for the impact Xavier has had and will continue to have for #generations to come! I Love my #xula1925 #xula #xavier taken in Xavier University of Louisiana by @shanismothers
