Don’t be surprised if I also have my own notes from our preview. 📝

I’m always dissecting the photos and working out how I can make it more elevated while staying true to the bride’s style.

For Lily our original look was a shimmery bronze eye, but I felt it in my bones that we needed something a little more elegant, matte and slightly cooler toned.

We also bumped up her coverage a touch and opted for more satin finish skin. When I proposed the edits her reply was “I will do whatever you think is best - I trust” 😭.

Truly nothing better than when your bride says “I trust you to do your thing”

I really wanted a summery fresh look to compliment Jesse’s romantic dress and be a soft juxtaposition to her sleek bun. Making her green eyes pop was essential, but we wanted to show them off - not bury them in shadow + liner. How’d we do?
