Just a day in the life of a Realtor and mom of 3! 🏡☕️⚽️

A little real estate, a little mom life, and a whole lot of running around! 😂

Somewhere between the contracts, carpools, coffee runs, and chaos, we’re making it all happen. 💛

Is it balanced? Probably not. 😂 But I wouldn’t trade this crazy, busy life for anything!

Any other working moms feel like they live in their cars?! 🙋🏼‍♀️

A house is just the beginning. 🏡✨

It’s the Tacoma sunsets, weekend adventures, favorite local spots, and memories made along the way. ❤️🌲

Because living here? It’s a whole lifestyle. 🌊☕️

Dreaming of a homestead with room for horses, gardens, and flexible living? 🌿🐴

This one-of-a-kind acreage property offers the kind of lifestyle so many buyers are searching for in Spanaway, Washington: space to spread out, a memorable barn-style setting, equestrian potential, homesteading appeal, and updated living spaces with multi-generational or owner-occupied options.

If you’ve been looking for an equestrian property, a homestead property with income-generating potential, or simply a place with privacy, character, and natural beauty, this one is worth a look.

Protected wetlands do limit maximum buildability, but for the right buyer, this property is about lifestyle, land, and opportunity.

Comment HOMESTEAD and I’ll send you the details.

I know I post on Instagram, but the kind of influence I care about has very little to do with views.

I want what I share to actually be useful.

Sometimes that means helping someone think differently about a real estate decision. Sometimes it means sharing the local places, routines, and little favorites that make Tacoma feel more like home.

Because I’m not here just to talk about houses.

I want people to feel more confident about their next move and more connected to the place they live while they’re here.

If something I post helps you do either of those things, then it did its job.

And if you ever want to talk through your own situation, my DMs are always open.

I’m @shannonbethshaffer a local real estate agent sharing real estate advice and local insight that’s actually meant to help.

What if your next move brought you to the Tacoma neighborhood you’ve been dreaming of? 🏡✨

Slower mornings with coffee on the porch. Strolls around the neighborhood. A favorite coffee shop nearby and neighbors you look forward to running into.

When you’re buying a home, picture what happens beyond the front door, too.

Where would you take an evening walk? Spend a slow Saturday? Settle into the routines you’ve been wanting more of?

Tacoma has so many neighborhoods with their own personality, and I’d love to help you find one that feels like home. 🤍

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my local neighborhood guide to help you explore Tacoma and find your fit!
