Made the black bean chocolate cake 🫘🍫
.
My review: It doesn’t taste like beans at all! It’s more like a flourless chocolate cake and has the texture of a brownie, not airy like a normal cake. But so good 👍
.
1 can of black beans strained and rinsed.
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
5 tablespoons melted butter
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Blend in blender. Bake at 350 around 30 minutes.

Frosting:
2 tablespoons soften butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
Whisk until smooth.
(I doubled for extra frosting)
