Over a year ago Mitch decided to stop drinking alcohol and that for every day sober he would do a push up. Day 1 = 1 push up, Day 2 = 2 push ups. Around day 100 he said, let’s make it 100,000! Today he accomplished it!

I don't do good at the posting on Instagram thing. But I felt like maybe, just maybe these girls deserved a shout out. I saw Jesus a lot while living at mikes place this summer. I saw Him in waking up to Bri and RK whispering at 2 AM, in pots of coffee that I knew were already being made for me, in sitting next to Dev on the couch while she squeezed a 30 minute nap in, I saw Him on runs and walks with Mal, and in car conversations with Serena. He showed up and these smiles I think represent that. He came and allowed us to see Him working. What an honor to be a part of it with you all. They said I wouldn't make it. They told me it wasn't possible. My rap game was never perfect, but I didn't stop trying. Yesterday we woke up to a winter wonderland at camp. We had a snow ball fight, sled on frisbees, and made a snowman. If you know me, you know that snows not my favorite but yesterday may have redeemed that! Thank God for snow days, these friends, and this place! by @shannonechow

These girlies. Can't live with em. Can't live without em. Seriously though, we have been away from each other for half a day and my phone keeps ringing with amazing stories of how the Lord has blessed them on their travels.
